The project aimed to ensure that the Power BI dashboards reflected accurate, validated data while meeting visual and functional quality standards

Solution
We conducted focused testing between Snowflake views and Power BI dashboards for Sales, and validated data accuracy between newly built BI dashboards and production dashboards for Cargo and COPS.
- Ensured historical data load accuracy in Snowflake, verifying RaaS-based replication from Navitaire.
- Designed and executed ~4100 test cases across Sales (2500+), Cargo (~1500), and COPS Phase 1 (~100) dashboards
- Performed visual, functional, and data validation testing to ensure dashboard accuracy and correctness..
- Conducted UAT with business team to match values against raw data, ensuring values are met permissible error limits.
Impact
25 dashboards fully validated for production use: 7 for Sales, 14 for Cargo, and 4 for COPS.
Streamlined error tracking and bug resolution through JIRA, enhancing dashboard reliability in production.
